4. Payment Methods
Payment can be made by debit or credit card online, using the following cards: VISA, VISA Delta, Mastercard, Switch and Solo. We cannot accept American Express. Orders can be placed on line or by phoning 01586 551710 (option 1)
5. Follow Up
Once an order is placed, an automatic email response is generated, letting you know that your order has reached us securely and confirming the order details. If there are any errors please contact us so that we can amend the order, or cancel it if you prefer.
After processing an order (which can be delayed if we are out of stock of the products ordered in which case we will advise you), all orders are despatched using Royal Mail or Parcelforce. While we endeavour to dispatch your order within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) delivery times will vary depending on location. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date please let us know when you place the order.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the destination address. We ship to most countries, although delivery of alcohol related products to Canada, and the United States is prohibited. We cannot accept responsibility for goods confiscated by customs and Excise due to Customs regulations in your country of residence. Should you require any further clarification of Customs regulations please contact your local Customs and Excise office.
7. Returns Policies
If any products that we send to you are faulty or damaged we will replace them or reimburse you for the expense, including the cost of delivery, if you prefer. If products are faulty or damaged, we require that you tell us within a reasonable time of receipt of the products. All refunds and reimbursements will be paid within 30 days of your notifying us of your wish to return the products. Any product returned must be adequately packed to avoid any possible damage.
While we have endeavoured to ensure the accuracy of the information on the site, we cannot guarantee or give any warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any information or material on the website. Prices and specifications can change without notice and products are subject to availability. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Age Restriction
We can only sell alcohol products to those over the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and the minimum legal age for purchasing alcohol products in your country of residence.
Some of the whiskies shown could be temporarily out of stock which may delay your order. Should a product be temporarily or permanently out of stock, we will inform you of this promptly.
11. Taxes and Duties
All products sold on our website are subject to UK taxation. If we are sending products to an address within the European Union (EU), prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). If we are sending to an address outwith the EU, we will not charge VAT, however you may be liable to local taxes and duties upon arrival in your country.
