Work begins on old warehouses

Work has been taking place at Springbank Disitllery recently to bring former warehouses in Glebe Street back into action. The roof at one of the old warehouses at Rieclachan is in the process of being rebuilt and a new private road linking the warehouse with Springbank has been put in place. The pictures show the demolition of the old roof at Rieclachan and the new road.

The new, private, road linking Rieclachan with Springbank. The road will be extended in the future to link the warehouse and Springbank with Mitchell's Glengyle Distillery.
